Online dispensaries started strong but physical stores has been catching up.

u/wlabs_th also posted a poll asking how much you like to dry your weed after harvesting before smoking.

Hard Week For Weed

Prayut's government has been facing a no confidence vote and the knives have come out for anything that can be pinned on the current government.

Opposition parties grilled Deputy Prime Minister and Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul during a censure debate on what they see as a chaotic rollout of cannabis legalization and accuse the government of violating the constitution.

Antuin seems to have held the line and basically told people to quit worrying about it.

Growers?

The number of posts from people growing their own marijuana plants has been on the rise recently. You can check out posts related to growing, here.

Rules/Laws on foreign business ownership — www.reddit.com

Are there rules/laws in place right now about whether foreigners can be owners, part owners or directors for companies involved in the cannabis industry?

I have heard a lot of people throw the "5 years" number around with regard to foreigners having ownership or being directors of a farm, but nothing has seemed clear. Also, when it comes to retail shops, wholesalers of "dried flower" or producers of other cannabis-derived products (oils, shatter, lotions, etc), I haven't seen any reliable information that explains this.
