The big news this week was some young Thai boys in Pattaya ripping bong hits on the beach, which has caused an uproar in the anti-cannabis world.

When I first saw this story break on Twitter, the comments were almost 100% saying that the photos and the story seem staged.

Many noted that they've never seen anything like that before in Pattaya.

With so many places the children could have been smoking weed without getting hassled many noted that it seemed rather odd that they decided to engage in a crime in broad daylight in the open where everyone can see them.

Others questioned where 10-year olds got the money to buy weed and a professionally produced bamboo bong.

Minister of Public Health Anutin publicly voiced similar suspicions about the photos being staged after taking a jab at the Democrat Party who is demanding something be done.

Anutin pointed out that the person in charge of addiction and drug abuse prevention is a Democrat Party member and maybe they should speak with their own party members about where the breakdown occurred.

Obviously, young people getting ahold of marijuana is troublesome but there are already laws preventing the sale of drugs to anyone under 20 years of age so either a vendor sold it them and that vendor should be prosecuted or they got it from an adult and the adult should be prosecuted.

I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this story so we'll be posting updates.

In Pattaya this is the best that we can find now when buying retail, but wholesale already costs less than 100/g, similar with what I ordered from US.
