Claiming & Editing Your Listing

This is a quick tutorial on how to claim your listing and edit your dispensary information.

Claiming Your Listing

  1. Locate your listing on thailandTHC. and go to the details page
  2. Click on the link at the bottom of the listing to claim your listing
  1. If you need to create an account, please create one and then click on the Claim Listing button again.
  2. Please provide enough information to prove that you own or are in control of the dispensary. Good information to include:
    • Use an email address that has the same domain name as your website
    • Include a phone number so we can text or call
  3. After we receive your claim request, please allow 24 – 72 hours for us to verify your claim.
  4. Once approved, you will receive an email informing you that your claim has been successful.

Editing Your Listing

Once your claim has been approved, you can log in and see your listing by clicking on “Places” in the left menu.

You can change any of the following information:

  • Name of your dispensary
  • Description and promotional allows you to write about your latest prices, sales, or anything else you want people to know about your dispensary.
  • Add descriptive tags
  • Upload photos (Place Attachements)
  • Category ([CITY] Dispensaries)
  • The Default Category for your listing to appear under (this is helpful if you have a physical store and an online store)
  • Address
    • Address Tips:
      • Remember to click on “Set Address on Map” to drop the pin on your new address location.
      • If you have an online-only dispensary, we suggest that you use the following address: 123 Sukhumvit Road, [YOUR PROVINCE], [YOUR CITY] [YOUR POSTAL CODE]. Even if there is no 123 Sukhumvit Road in your city, it will place the pin in the middle of the city so your listing is associated with that city.
      • If you’re having trouble finding your location by filling in the address, region, city, and postal code, try copying the Google Plus Code into the address and set the region and city to your province and city. Google Plus Codes look like this: PHX7+QG Bangkok. You can find more information on Google Plus Codes here.
  • Address Latitude and Address Longitude will normally populate themselves if you click on “Set Address on Map”
  • Default Map View
  • Your dispensary’s business hours
  • Email Address (publicly visible)
  • Phone number (publicly visible)
  • Google Maps URL (this is found on the Google Maps listing under Share and will look something like: https://goo.gl/maps/5rcbHexsGLyTLgeC9
  • Your website URL
  • Your LINE account URL
  • Your Facebook URL
  • Your Instagram URL
  • Your Twitter username (just the username, not the URL to your profile)
  • Your Delivery options (No Delivery, Local Delivery, or Delivery Anywhere in Thailand)
  • Your product offerings (Buds, Pre-Rolls, etc)
  • Private contact email – this email is for thailandTHC to get in touch with you and is not made public on the website.
  • Private address should only be checked if you have no physical store address (online only). This will keep your address from showing on the map and on your listing.
  • Business Owner/Associate? You should not need to change anything with this setting. It determines whether or not the listing has been claimed already. If it’s checked, leave it checked.
