Lat Phrao is a district in Bangkok, Thailand. It is located northeast of the city centre, and is bordered by Chatuchak, Bang Kapi, and Wang Thonglang districts. The area is known for its large shopping malls and affordable housing.
Lat Phrao was once a small village on the outskirts of Bangkok. In the 1950s, the village was annexed by the city and became a district. Since then, it has undergone rapid development. Today, Lat Phrao is home to some of Bangkok’s largest shopping malls, including CentralPlaza LatPhrao and Union Mall. The district also has a number of hospitals, schools, and government offices.
